New HOP Pilot Course is now *LIVE* Online!

Organizational-Performance

NASP is excited to announce the launch of our new online Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) Pilot Course!

Our new HOP Course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of human and organizational performance (HOP) and other processes that support safety. It is a known fact that at-risk behavior accounts for up to 90% of injuries in the workplace. The premise of HOP is the idea that human error is inevitable, so perhaps through better process systems management and analysis, organizations might lessen the effect of human error through the promotion of defenses that reduce risk.

With this thinking, organizations can build management system robustness by understanding how workers perform their daily work tasks and then understand the gaps or errors within the management system and close these gaps, thus, providing a safer workplace.

What is a Pilot Course?

A pilot course acts as a small-scale study to evaluate our new courses to ensure that we met the learning objectives that we set out to achieve. After the pilot course closes, we will tabulate the average course completion time to set the CEU value, review course survey results, and make minor adjustments accordingly.

To conduct this pilot study we need just 50 industry professionals like yourself to complete our course and provide feedback. That’s it!

As an incentive, we are offering this HOP Certificate course for just $395! To participate in this study, you must act before the pilot reaches capacity or May 31st, whichever comes first. In addition, we will have a drawing, and one lucky student will win a pair of Skullcandy Bluetooth Headphones! Click here to review course content in more detail and register today!
